AACS Counseling provides a variety of counseling and evaluation services, including but not limited to addiction counseling, mental health counseling, anger management classes, and SAP for DOT evaluations. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
To use certain services, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain services may be subject to fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to update such information as necessary.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at info@aacscounseling.com. Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our refund policy.
All content and materials available on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of AACS Counseling and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized use of such content is prohibited.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
In no event shall AACS Counseling be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, USA.

American Alternative Court Services LLC, doing business as AACS Counseling, provides an SMS messaging program for individuals who request information or services from us. Messages may include inquiry acknowledgments, responses to customer questions, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, evaluation updates, intake coordination, and other customer-support or service-related communications.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointments, scheduled services, and communication needs.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from AACS Counseling. After you text STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

After opting out, you may rejoin by submitting a new request through an authorized AACS Counseling website form and actively selecting the SMS consent checkbox.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. SMS consent applies only to AACS Counseling and is not transferable to another business.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and SMS delivery, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
